About the Founder
Dr. Archana Muthanna, a mother and food technologist from CSIR-CFTRI, has formulated healthy foods to meet the nutritional needs for her child and is on a mission to share her knowledge with the world. Dr Archana, is the founder of Nurrishelite Diversities LLP, an entity which focuses on promoting healthy and nutritious foods.
As a food technologist, Dr. Archana has an extensive knowledge of food science and technology. She has used this expertise to create nutritious and delicious food products. Her aim is to provide people with healthy alternatives to processed foods. Through her venture, she is working towards the creation of awareness about the importance of good nutrition and how it can improve our health and well-being.
Her commitment to healthy living is reflected in the products that she has created. They are made from natural ingredients and are designed to provide a balanced and nutritious diet, that cater to various dietary requirements, including vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free needs.
